I even added some cool wood pieces before and it is amazing. You should come see them sometime. If we had really high-quality cabinets, I would never paint over them, but we don't, so I'm thinking about going for it!! Love you too, friend! The Manna Mamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05573621989837949173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1319526441904736741.post-5129799446376323272012-11-30T14:57:06.673-08:002012-11-30T14:57:06.673-08:00I do too, Jessica! Living in a log cabin with it being so dark, I did choose a "fake" black marble counter with my red/wine/burgundy curtains, and love it against my gold oak cabinets. Cabinets distressed is a big project. If you don't like it, well, then you may have to get a whole new set of cabinets. ((eek)) Unless your husband says Go for it!! My thing with color is-the darker color makes the room appear smaller vs. the lighter colors makes it appear larger than it really is. Well, that's more than 2 cents work, more like a 25 cents worth... ;D And I love your board done in ivy...it looks very lovely in your kitchen.

Love you Friend-
MeaganAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14899810038478600807noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1319526441904736741.post-5084307694737249882012-11-30T11:23:27.042-08:002012-11-30T11:23:27.042-08:00I love black!!!!I love black!!!!jessicanoreply@blogger.com
